FAFSA Verification

After completing your Free Application For Student Aid (FAFSA), you may be selected for verification. D'Youville must confirm specific information on your FAFSA before we can make an offer of federal financial aid.

Students can be selected for verification by either the federal government or by D'Youville. To avoid delays, please create your StudentForms account and submit all required documents promptly.

Verification Process

  1. If you're selected for verification, you will receive a notice from D'Youville on StudentForms. D'Youville collects verification worksheets, Federal Return Tax Transcripts (if requested), and other documents to complete the verification process.
  2. To start the process, please be sure you have created your account on StudentForms. The verification workflow will walk you though all the required items you will need to complete the process. If you need assistance, please contact your Financial Aid Counselor.

Remember, please be certain to upload you Return Tax Transcripts (if requested) not the actual tax return forms to StudentForms. And, as a measure of good practice, be sure to keep records for every document you submit.

Start your D'Youville journey by applying for FAFSA and receive financial assistance to help achieve your academic goals.
