Accredited Transcript Evaluation Service

D'Youville requires that all international transcripts be formally evaluated by an independent evaluation service.

International Applicants

D'Youville requires that all international university and secondary school transcripts require an evaluation by an accredited transcript evaluation service. This evaluation determines the academic equivalency to U.S. educational standards. All applicants—first time in college, transfer and graduate students—must submit a 'course-by-course' evaluation (or equivalent).

Canadians & International School Graduates

If you are graduating from a secondary school in the United States or Canada, or an accredited international school that grants U.S. diplomas, you are not required to have your transcripts evaluated. Please check with the International Admissions Office for details.

Tuition Deposit

Undergraduate Students

Once accepted, a non-refundable reservation deposit of $250 must be paid in U.S.

Your I-20 form will be issued after submitting your tuition deposit, the international student financial forms and supporting bank documentation. Instructions will be given with your I-20 on how to process it at the border. If you're a permanent resident of Canada, you'll need to make an appointment at a U.S. consulate in order to obtain a student visa.
