Biography

Tracy Bentley-Root, DHSc, MS, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience across the adult continuum of care. The majority of Tracy's experience has been in home health with an emphasis on quality improvement and program development. Tracy has presented at state and national levels on various topics, including functional cognition and medication management. Tracy continues to practice at an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
