Boarding 2 Bridge
Cross-Border Early College Pathway
Start college while you're still in high school at SEM. Boarding 2 Bridge is a cross-border pathway for Ontario students in Grades 11 and 12 that leads to guaranteed admission at D'Youville University, with up to two years of college already complete.
Program Vision
For students who already know they are interested in healthcare, human behavior, nursing, or pharmacy studies, the traditional route is not the only route. SEM and D’Youville University have created an accelerated pathway that allows students to begin university-level work while completing high school with a clear next step after graduation.

SEM During junior and senior year, students complete the equivalent of their freshman and sophomore years of college, with the potential to graduate with both a high school diploma and associate degree.

D'Youville University Students transition to D'Youville with up to two years of college completed and, depending on prerequisites and program requirements, could potentially enter a professional program after just one additional year of undergraduate study.

Students can experience U.S. boarding school for Grade 11, Grade 12, or both years in Buffalo.

During their SEM education, students complete DYU dual-enrollment courses, earning transcripted U.S. university credits before high school graduation.
