TechReady and BookReady Programs
TechReady and BookReady Programs
If you're a first time in college student (FTIC), you'll be able to participate in our TechReady and BookReady programs.
Our TechReady program, is a initiative at D'Youville University to support all First Time in College Students (FTIC) by providing them the technology needed to support them in their classes, by eliminating a barrier to success with these laptops. TechReady provides every first time in college student with a free laptop. These laptops can be picked up during orientation
The BookReady Program was created to help save students money and time. It doesn’t matter how many books or what the books are, and it doesn’t matter if you’re an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student, you are charged one flat rate. The total charge will be added to your student account; if you add or drop a class before the add/drop deadline, your account is automatically updated, and your books are adjusted.
Students have the opportunity to opt-out of the program at no additional cost to them by the last day of add/drop of each semester without penalty.
