Instructions to Access eRezlife

Follow these instructions to access eRezlife!

1. Activate your Account through this link:https://dyc.erezlife.com

2. Enter your D’Youville Email Address and your ENTIRE student ID number, including leading 0’s on the screen that looks like this:

Activate account, you can only activate an account if your school has added you to the system. Contact your school to be added if you cannot register. You will be receiving an email from D'Youville Housing. Please check your spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox. please enter one of the following: D'Youville email address, Student Id, button: activate account

For the Login, you must use the middle 7 digits on the 9-digit number of your new Student ID Number.

As an example is "123456789" your D'Youville Colleague Number is "2345678." You must use all 7 digits and include leading "0's" to log in.

3. You will be directed to the homepage of eRezLife. Select "Complete housing application":

4. Answer the questions honestly so that we can best match you with your future roommate. Once you have answered the questions and clicked "submit", you will see a receipt that looks like this confirming your submission:

Your application has successfully been completed. Please keep your receopt id for your reference. You need to check off the two items below indicating that you understand and agree with all statements.

5. At this point you have completed your individual housing application! You aren’t done yet though! Once you have submitted your individual housing application, you are eligible to participate in an online community for our students in order to find a roommate, called "Roomeez". Select "My Roommate profile" from the options on the left hand side of the screen.

6. Complete the information, and determine which information you’d like to share with fellow classmates.

7. Once you find a roommate, you must create a roommate group. Select "roommate group" from the menu on the left.

8. Name your group, (something other than "Roomies"). Make sure it’s Grandma-appropriate! The screen looks like this:

9. Add your roommates' D’Youville email address into the box. Your roommate will then get an email informing them of your selection. Please know that your roommate must have a completed application for their email to work.

to add roommates to the group: 1 you must know their email address exactly as listed in their eRezLife application, You can only add people who have completed applications for this session, box for email address.

10. Your roommate must login to eRezLife and complete their application. AFTER they have completed their application, they should select the roommate group who they wish to live with. The screen will look like this:

If you believe you quality for Medical Accommodations, please review this site and submit the completed Housing Accommodation Packet by July 1.

All students, regardless of Accommodations must complete the eRezLife process.
