Biography

Kristin Weidert (“why-dirt") is an osteopathic board-certified pediatrician and IBCLC with a passion for using hands on osteopathic neuromuscular medicine techniques to help the populations she treats. Since completing pediatric residency in Detroit, Michigan, she has been in general pediatrics practice positions ranging from full spectrum academic pediatrics to private practice/pediatric express care and most recently newborn hospitalist. Throughout her clinical career, she has always enjoyed teaching patients, parents, and students which inspired this transition to teach osteopathic medical students full time. In her free time, she loves spending time outside with her family.
