To qualify, participants must hold an RN license, be a New York State resident (or employed by a NYS healthcare provider), and commit to three years of service with a qualifying New York State healthcare provider after completing the program.

Classes begin in March so interested nurses are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to stay on track for this start term.

The CPT Program covers tuition, education-related expenses, allowing you to get the education you need—all while avoiding the weight of student debt. In addition, support services are available to ensure your academic success, and we will help you with job placement.

D’Youville University has partnered with Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS) on the CPT Program. FLPPS is a NYS-designated Workforce Investment Organization (WIO) selected by the NYS Department of Health to support regional management of the CPT Program. The FLPPS WIO is focused on strengthening the healthcare workforce through programs and services that diversify the healthcare workforce pipeline and provide opportunities for those who many not otherwise have them, while supporting the community’s economic mobility.
